Job Responsibilities:

一、Comprehensive financial management.

1. Coordinate accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis, supervise the rationality of fund utilization;

2. Review original documents and accounting vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting processing.

二、Budget and cost control.

1. Develop annual financial budget, track budget execution and propose improvement suggestions;

2. By conducting cost accounting and analysis, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing the profitability of the enterprise.

三、System and process construction.

1. Develop enterprise accounting systems and standardize financial processes in accordance with national regulations;

2. Supervise the implementation of financial discipline and prevent illegal and disorderly behavior.

四、Taxation and fund management.

1. Coordinate tax declaration and tax risk prevention, and coordinate tax relations;

2. Develop a funding plan to ensure the security of the funding chain and improve utilization efficiency.

五、Teamwork and cross departmental collaboration.

1. Organize financial team training to enhance business capabilities;

2. Participate in business decision-making and provide financial data support to management.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, major in finance, accounting, business management or related fields, with intermediate accountant title;

2. More than 8 years of financial management experience, with the last 3 years serving as the company's financial manager and possessing experience in manufacturing industry.;

3. Proficient in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and other related laws and regulations, as well as corporate financial systems and processes, with comprehensive financial professional knowledge, accounting processing and financial management experience;

4. Having experience in preparing for enterprise coordination and management, possessing excellent leadership, planning, judgment and decision-making abilities, and organizational and coordination skills.

5. Excellent financial analysis and fund management skills, familiar with capital market operations;

6. Proficient in using various financial software and ERP systems;

7. Good organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication skills, and team spirit;
