1. To achieve the company's procurement management goals, implement and improve the centralized procurement management system, prevent procurement risks, reduce procurement costs, and establish long-term win-win strategic partnerships with partners;
2. Lead the procurement department to sort out internal and external business processes and suggest a reasonable procurement process management system;
3. Construction and operation promotion of procurement system platform;
4. Supplier management: development, maintenance, and evaluation of supplier resources;
5. Effectively control procurement costs based on procurement budgets to ensure the cost-effectiveness of procurement targets;
6. Develop potential savings, implement process optimization, reduce costs, and optimize the supply chain;
7. Manage and optimize supplier and internal inventory levels.
Job requirements:
1. Major in procurement, logistics or related fields, with a full-time associate degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of procurement management or supply chain management experience (with experience in both construction and manufacturing industries preferred)
3. Experience in independently leading business negotiations and contract management, possessing good business negotiation skills and cost control awareness;
4. Familiar with the procurement process and strictly follow the company's operating procedures for procurement work.
5. Good overall coordination ability, strong communication and service skills, adaptability, able to timely coordinate internal and external feedback on relevant difficult issues, able to influence and motivate others to participate;
6. Having good professional ethics, business acumen, and high comprehensive quality.
